We're Hiring**:Videographer & Creative Marketing Specialist for New Home Builds**
Are you passionate about capturing real stories, showcasing craftsmanship, and creating content that connects? Our growing home building company is looking for a Videographer & Marketing Specialist to help us document the journey from blueprint to dream home—and share it with the world.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Film and edit engaging onsite videos of builds in progress, client walkthroughs, and team highlights
- Create short-form content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that showcases our work and builds trust with future clients
- Collaborate with our team to capture the heart of our projects—from the first shovel to the final reveal
- Track performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in videography and creative digital marketing (portfolio required)
- Skilled with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Comfortable working onsite—boots on the ground, camera in hand
- Strong creative storytelling instincts and a knack for turning raw footage into compelling narratives
- Self-starter with great communication and time management skills

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience in construction, real estate, or home design
- Know how to capture drone footage or time-lapse builds
- Can create graphics or animations to enhance video content
