**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

**JOB DUTIES AND TASKS**

**Production Oversight**: Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules and workflows to meet company targets and deadlines.

**Team Leadership**: Manage and lead production staff, including supervisors, operators, and technicians. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations.

**Process Optimization**: Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

**Quality & Compliance**: Ensure operations are compliant with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards (Health Canada, FDA, etc.).

**Inventory & Supply Coordination**: Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.

**Safety Management**: Promote and enforce a safe working environment and adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.

**Reporting**: Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular reports on productivity, downtime, yield, and quality metrics.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCEED**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
