**Overview**:
Under the direction of the Director of Education, the Regional Education Manger is responsible for the development and training of the distributor educators within their designated territory. They will support Moroccanoil product sales by focusing on the planning and execution of appropriate education based on geographical area, an assigned distributor partner, and budget allotted.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Understand and embrace the Moroccanoil message
- Responsible for booking the NYC Moroccanoil Academy
- Manages, plans, and participates in and execute educational strategies
- Support and generate sales through education
- Follow-up and through on all education programs and being responsible for all aspects
- Responsible for the recruiting, training, and development of distributor educators as well as scheduling and maintaining robust calendars
- Manage, direct, and schedule a team of freelance educators/artists
- Responsible for building development plans for artists by offering specific training programs that maintain and improve public speaking and facilitation skills, cutting, styling, and coloring skills
- Responsible for facilitating local education trainings for distributor educators, stylists, and salons
- Train distributor education coordinators in Moroccanoil process and portal
- Manage educational budgets within their territory
- Communicate weekly the digital/online education activity to all distributor education coordinators and any education updates
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales team to ensure proper launches and promotions
- Promote and execute Moroccanoil Education Programs, including but not limited to field education, master classes, and NYC Moroccanoil Academy and partner academies
- Responsible for scheduling and managing all Moroccanoil Education programs within their territory. i.e. local education events, trade shows, and special events
- Work with sales lead to create incentives to drive education
- Collaborate with sales lead to support the development and growth of existing key accounts as well as generating new salon accounts
- Work with DSCs and salons to achieve goals and objectives agreed upon with the Regional Brand Managers and Sales Directors
- Work with Regional and National Brand Managers in the planning of educational programs to meet salon need and objectives; support new product launches within their territory
- Participate in distributor shows and programs as directed
- Full comprehension of Moroccanoil Education and Moroccanoil Business platforms and resources
- Ability to facilitate Mastery Level classes
- Follow company policies in regards to OSHA
- Any others the Employer may consider essential in ensuring the normal operations of the Employer’s business processes and that falls into the category of expertise of the Employee
- Special projects

**Skills & Abilities**:

- High School or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Cosmetology License required
- 2 years education planning experience, an asset
- Ability to travel and work weekends required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual (English and French)

**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Gérer les réservations de l’Académie Moroccanoil NYC
- Gérer, planifier et mettre en œuvre les stratégies éducatives et y participer
- Encourager et générer des ventes par le biais de l’éducation
- Faire le suivi du début à la fin de l’ensemble des programmes éducatifs en s’occupant de tous les aspects
- S’occuper du recrutement, de la formation et du développement des éducateurs, du distributeur, organiser et mettre à jour des agendas complexes
- Gérer, diriger et prévoir une équipe d’éducateurs/artistes pigistes
- S’occuper de la création de plans de développement pour les artistes en proposant des programmes de formation spécifiques visant à entretenir et à améliorer les compétences pour parler ou animer en public, ainsi que les compétences en matière de coupe, coiffage et coloration
- S’occuper de l’organisation des formations éducatives locales pour les éducateurs du distributeur, les coiffeurs et les salons de coiffure
- Former les coordonnateurs de l’éducation du distributeur aux processus et au portail de Moroccanoil
