**Position Summary**

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
- Champion the customer relationship and experience
- Accurate and timely preparation and monitoring of project schedules
- Understand and manage project-specific finances
- Tendering, negotiation, and management of trade contracts
- Detect, assess and manage change orders
- Resource management of internal staff, as required
- Actively mitigate various project risks

**Education**
- Associate's Degree, construction technology or related field
- Bachelor's Degree, civil engineering or architecture
- College Diploma, construction technology or related field
- Master's Degree, project management or related field

**Qualifications**
- Significant experience in residential construction and construction supervising
- Experience managing others
- Education related to residential construction
- Project management related experience
- Designation as a P.Eng strongly preferred

**Skills**
- High level written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong financial literacy and knowledge of construction economics
- Fast, familiar, and comfortable using spreadsheet, gantt chart and project management software
- Construction technology & OBC Part 9 expertise
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; takes pride in scheduling and coordination
- Comfortable, confident, and artful at tendering and negotiating contracts
- Strong customer service and diplomacy skills
- Able to productively delegate and direct others
