Empowering healthcare is the mission of this new role. As the Account Executive, Alberta Healthcare, you will guide Microsoft's strategy and customer relationships. Your responsibilities include customer satisfaction, revenue and consumption aligned to goals, outcomes, and forecasts.

**You will provide leadership across**:
**Healthcare**: building trusted industry relationships and solutions focused on the customer's desired political and business outcomes;
**Technology**: connecting customer business objectives with technology solutions leveraging the entire Microsoft portfolio and partner ecosystem;
**Team**: orchestrating a virtual team of peers, ensuring that the best of Microsoft and our partners are brought to bear to help empower the customer to deliver their goals.

Finally, the Microsoft Account Executive, Alberta Healthcare operates with absolute customer centricity, a growth mindset and embodying Microsoft's culture and values.

**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications

7+ years experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 6+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
5+ years account management experience OR equivalent.

Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $139,100 - CAD $205,700 per year.

**Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**: manage and grow a long-term, sustainable, and strategic business portfolio by leading and coordinating a diverse team of internal and external partners.
**Strategic Thinking**: engage in strategic discussions with the customer decision makers by articulating Microsoft's point of view, creating deep connections, and bringing unique, healthcare-focused business insights and opportunities.
**Customer Engagement**: expand and elevate strategic relationships, by proactively understanding their business needs and priorities, delivering new insights and solutions, and building trust and loyalty.
**Sales Excellence**: orchestrate high-impact solutions that enable digital transformation and create business value for the assigned account, by owning the development and execution of strategies, influencing the decision makers and budget allocation, presenting compelling value propositions, and earning the status of a trusted advisor.
**Competitive Knowledge**: leverage the internal network of industry experts to strengthen the knowledge of the industry, the competitors, and the customer business priorities, and to leverage the in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's offerings to drive more competitive solutions and enhance the account team's growth.
