**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and supervise outreach team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program execution
- Organize and participate in public speaking engagements, workshops, and community events to promote organizational initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to outreach activities to measure effectiveness and inform future planning
- Coordinate with internal departments for program development, marketing efforts, and resource allocation
- Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers or staff involved in outreach programs
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations
- Oversee administrative tasks related to outreach activities including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Teach or facilitate educational sessions as needed to support community learning initiatives

**Skills**
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes
- Strong project management capabilities to plan, execute, and evaluate outreach programs
- Knowledge of marketing principles to promote initiatives across various channels
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analytical tools for assessing program impact
- Solid administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and organizational skills
- Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff for community programs
- Teaching or facilitation skills to educate or train community members effectively
