**The Opportunity**
Are you an experienced surgical sales professional who thrives on independence and uncapped earning potential? We’re seeking entrepreneurial-minded sales specialists to represent a premium portfolio of plastic surgical supplies and build lasting relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers across Canada.
This is a **100% commission-based, field sales role** designed for self-starters who want the freedom to run their own territory while being backed by trusted, in-demand products and a team of industry veterans.

**What You'll Do**
**Build surgeon relationships** - Visit plastic surgeons, general surgeons, and surgical centers in person to grow and maintain your client base
**Deliver solutions** - Present, promote, and sell a portfolio of premium surgical instruments, implants, capital equipment, and wound closure products face-to-face
**Own your strategy** - Manage your schedule, territory plan, and growth approach with complete autonomy
**Maximize earnings** - Your income is directly tied to your performance—no caps on commissions
**What We're Looking ForMust-Haves**
- Proven track record in medical device or surgical supply sales (minimum 3-5 years)
- Direct experience selling to surgeons, OR managers, or surgical facilities (not pharmaceutical sales to GPs)
- Self-starter mentality - disciplined, organized, and comfortable working independently without daily supervision
- Strong relationships with surgeons and OR personnel in Canada
- Located in Canada and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor
- Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation
**Huge Bonus Points**
- Established network with plastic surgeons or general surgeons in Canada
- Experience with companies like Integra Life Sciences, Stryker, Medtronic, J&J/Ethicon/Mentor, ASSI, Keir Surgical, Instrumentarium, Synthes, or Surgi-One
- OR/surgical center sales experience - you understand sterile technique, wound closure, and surgical protocols
- Capital equipment sales background (aspirators, surgical lights, etc.)
- Relationships with hospital purchasing departments and private surgical facilities
**Compensation Structure**
100% Commission-Based
Uncapped earning potential tied directly to your sales performance

You are an experienced surgical sales professional who:
- Has sold surgical instruments, implants, or capital equipment to surgeons or hospitals
- Understands the OR environment and surgical product requirements
- Has existing relationships with plastic surgeons, general surgeons, or OR managers in Canada
- Is comfortable working as an independent contractor on a commission-only structure
- Thrives on autonomy and is driven by financial performance
- Can travel regularly within your territory to meet clients face-to-face
