**About this job**: Our client, a leading Automotive Dealership, is looking for Vehicle Sales Specialists to become an integral part of a dynamic team. The dealership, located in Ottawa, is recognized as a top performer in the region. **Pay**: Guaranteed minimum $70,000 / year **Responsibilities**: - Communicate effectively and listen to customers to understand their needs - Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale - Manage your lead pipeline **Requirements**: - Excellent customer service skills - Previous Sales Experience - Valid OMVIC (not required upon hire) and driver's license - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multi-task, superior attention to detail and high levels of organizational skills - Professional and mature - Able to work weeknights and Saturdays - Bilingual French/English an asset **WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?** - Guaranteed minimum of 40 face-to-face interactions per month with an average of 45% closing ratio. - Access to over 600 reconditioned vehicles in every category and every price range. - Access to 27 lenders so it is guaranteed 100% financing approval for customers. - Would you like to work for an established automobile dealership that has over 2000 leads and 400 walk-ins per month?
