**Site Superintendent**

Are you a highly organized and experienced construction professional with a passion for overseeing projects from start to finish? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Site Superintendent. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, managing the site operations, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners to ensure smooth project progression and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify compliance with safety regulations, and ensure quality workmanship.
- Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, including attending and leading project meetings with field staff, owners, and consultant representatives.
- Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation are obtained and maintained throughout the project.
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and promoting a culture of safety among all workers on the site.
- Proactively identify and resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, incident reports, and change orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.

**Salary**: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
