**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Midea brand appliances.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners in online and offline channels, including Chinese supermarkets, builders, and online shopping apps.
- Conduct market analysis to understand the latest trends in the Chinese market in Canada and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials tailored to the Chinese-Canadian market.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote Midea brand appliances and expand network contacts.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Home Appliance industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the appliance industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese-Canadian market, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills, including forecasting and planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel as required.
