As many of you are aware, we are building the Fuller Animal Specialty Hospital, which will be a 20,000+ square foot 24 Hour emergency and specialty hospital, located at 11650 18 Street NE Calgary, Alberta. We have experienced significant construction delayed, but are set to open in June 2025.

We are currently working out of Rockyview Pet Vets/Nagel Veterinary Services in Crossfield, Alberta and Happy Paws Veterinary Clinic East in Airdrie, Alberta.
- Mondays and Tuesdays - Crossfield, AB
- Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - Airdrie

We are looking to expand our services into evenings and some overnights. We are looking to hire 1 Surgical Coordinator to compliment our surgical team. A Surgical Coordinator is a hybrid position encompassing receptionist and assistant duties. They are responsible for both client and patient interactions, while facilitating surgeries by supporting doctors and surgical registered veterinary technicians.

If you are also interested in management or emergency practice, this is also a great time to join our company. Over the next 8 months we will be recruiting team members for our new hospital and we promote from within.

Pay offered is $20-24 + per hour for experienced surgical coordinators. New graduates are also welcome to apply.

We are looking to hire on short notice. We had a round of interviews this past weekend, but are extending it to this weekend our hospital location - 11650 18 ST NE Calgary, AB

Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 3pm to 5pm.

Sunday, November 3, 2024 - if needed.

Interviews will be scheduled on these days.
