**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to ensure client information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Analyze client feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team to identify opportunities that align with client needs.
- Prepare reports on scheduling rates, referrals, and client retention.
- Utilize phone etiquette to engage clients professionally during calls.
- Assist in training new team members on best practices for client relations.
- Supervise and complete progress reports for placement students and co-op students.
- Assist in billing for all insurance companies, WSIB and MVA.
- Lead community collaborations with neighbouring businesses
- Handle all clinic purchasing and inventory stock checks.
- Managing relations with all external service providers.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the maintenance, organization, and creation of clinic policies and procedures.
- Liaise and manage relations with all teams - Reception, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Orthopedic Surgeons, IT, & HR.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Education in healthcare administration, business management or related field preferred.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Jane and/or ACCURO (EMR) booking systems.
- Experience with planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
- Experience working with insurance companies, WSIB, and/or HCAI is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
