**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service at the front desk.
- Process rental reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using rental management software.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, explaining rental terms, insurance options, and additional services.
- Manage inventory control by tracking vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for use.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about rates, policies, and services while maintaining proper phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, customer details, and rental agreements through efficient data entry and administrative practices.
- Promote additional services such as insurance coverage or upgrades to maximize sales opportunities through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report vehicle issues and ensure fleet safety standards are met.
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards at the front desk and vehicle lot to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service roles within retail sales or front desk operations; administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently via phone and in person;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to promote services while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong phone etiquette combined with excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
