**About us**

Allredi Blast and Abrasives is Canada’s leading distributor and integrated manufacturer of sandblast equipment and construction/foundry sands serving the building products industry. The company has grown to operate 6 locations across Canada and over 20 in North America cementing itself as the leader in the industry.

We are currently searching for a dynamic Office/HR Coordinator to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario.

**Key Responsabilities**:
**Office/General**:

- Answering and routing phone calls
- Photocopying, scanning, labeling, filing, and organizing tasks are required to be completed daily
- Assist our customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Sorting and sending mail
- Maintain tidiness, maintain office equipment, run dishwasher, and order office/kitchen supplies for office and kitchen/coffee areas
- Administrative assistance to other departments as required
- Other duties as assigned by the direct manager

**Human Resources**
- Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, run reports and Health & Safety tasks
- Track training and ensures that mandatory training is completed
- Provide HR administrative support
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of company Town Hall Meetings and presentation slides
- Assigned social committee member, assisting with and coordinating social committee events

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of office administration, recruitment and/or human resources experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Self-motivated
- Willing to learn and be coached
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Time management and attention to detail.

**Job Type**:

- Salary permanent full time
- Work schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
