**About the Role**

As a **BDC Sales Representative**, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them navigate their car-buying journey. Your primary focus will be making **outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and scheduling appointments** for our sales team. This is a **high-energy, goal-oriented** role that requires excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to **inbound inquiries** and provide top-notch customer service
- **Schedule and confirm appointments** for the sales team
- Maintain and update the **customer database (CRM)** with accurate information
- **Follow up** with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversions
- Address customer questions, concerns, or objections with professionalism and confidence
- Collaborate with the sales team to **drive business growth** and achieve sales targets

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience** in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a BDC role
- **Exceptional communication skills** with a friendly, persuasive phone demeanor
- Strong ability to **handle objections and turn them into opportunities**:

- A **results-driven mindset** with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- **Strong organizational and time management skills** to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable using **CRM software** and other technology tools
- **Previous automotive industry experience is a plus but not required**

Pay: From $6,000.00 per month
