**Job Title: Property Manager**
**Position Summary**
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience of maintenance work
- 1+ year of tenant relations
- Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions related to building maintenance and tenant relations
- Demonstrated independent worker who can manage their time and tasks with mínimal supervision
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Act as liaison between owner and contractors/tenants
- Organized individual who can balance many different tasks and requirement of the job simultaneously
- A keen eye to understand what renovations and projects need to be completed
**Responsibilities**
- Managing day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, administrative functions, and tenant relations
- Be the primary individual to intake tenants’ inquiries as it relates to their needs and wants
- Collect and keep track of rental payments
- Reach out to various contractors and collect quotes for different projects to present to the owner
- Provide day-to-day maintenance of the properties including grass cutting, salting, gardening, painting, and many other items as they need attention
- Organized administrative functions to keep owner apprised of all items related to projects as needed
- Write contracts for existing and new tenants (template provided) and making sure all provisions included for specifics agreements with tenants
- Understanding of commercial tenancy as is it related to legislations and regulations
- Receive and work independently to bring owners request and vision into focus
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
