Exciting opportunity

**Duties**:

- Assist Bartenders and Servers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Polish glassware and plates
- Maintain a clean and tidy bar and floor area
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage trends
- Excellent math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a positive and engaging manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
