Parts and Accessories Sales Associate

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, including but not limited to: answering questions, researching using our software programs to provide information about products/services, and resolving problems in person, on the phone and through electronic communications
- Build long-term relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions using our system
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the inventory levels of the departments to plan for future growth and to be knowledgeable as to what products are available
- Provide technicians at the service shop counter with parts accurately and efficiently to ensure they can complete work orders
- Provide price quotes and other related parts information as requested
- Loading and unloading parts deliveries

**All other duties required or requested to be an effective team member**

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to lift 25+ pounds; stand for extended periods of time; have the ability to communicate clearly and fluently both on the phone and in person; be professional and courteous at all times; be dependable and available for all scheduled shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
