**RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Sales**:You will be enthusiastic, but not pushy about helping our customers get the right product to fit their needs. This includes answering phones, greeting people when they enter, ensuring customers find everything they need and making the checkout process run smoothly.

**Customer service**:You will be an essential part of creating an awesome experience and delivering excellent customer service. You will be an ambassador for Trailhead by being positive, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional.

**Merchandising & Inventory**:You will help with the receiving of shipments and merchandising products in our store. You will assist in maintaining a neat and organized environment.

- Knowledge and love of the outdoors, apparel and gear;
- Desire to go above and beyond;
- Confidence to provide expert product knowledge to our customers;
- Enthusiastic, team-player mindset.

**WHAT WE OFFER**

This role is part time/full time throughout the year including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Retail associates are compensated $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience.

**HOW TO LET US KNOW ABOUT YOU**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
