**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer’s shopping experience.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions, cash handling, and managing sales records accurately.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Manage account relationships with clients, providing personalized service tailored to their needs.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles is essential; experience in high-end sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers effectively; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to retail environments can enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts.
