**The Opportunity**
The Manager, Programs & Insights is a full-time opportunity reporting to the Senior Manager, Programs, Strategy, and Insights. Based in Toronto, this position manages the insights and data functions of RMHC Canada including mission data and insights, brand insights, programs reporting, and operational performance reporting. This role works in an organizational hub capacity with the RMHC Canada Team, RMHC Regional Chapters, and McDonald’s, to ensure RMHC Canada continues to meet the highest standards of organizational excellence.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
**1. Mission **Insights**
- Manage the national programmatic database for the RMHC across Canada system.
- Build and manage results of data modelling and visualization tools.
- Partner with the RMHC Canada Integrated Brand Engagement and National Partnerships Teams.
- Support Mission Insights Committee, assist in development goals and workplans.
- Connect and collaborate with RMHC Global colleagues.
- Review, capture, recommend key insights and share most current research on Family-Centered Care.
- Develop and deploy surveys.

**Brand Insights**
- Partner with Integrated Brand Engagement team on RMHC-specific market research studies
- Build reports, key message documents and presentations.

**Business Insights**
- Review, capture, and share most current research, trends, and insights specific to RMHC Canada’s operating environment, including key marketing, fundraising, family-centered care and pediatric healthcare trends.
- Review and stay current with RMHC Global resources, research, program guidelines and best practices.
- Provide supporting analytics & secondary research support for special projects, as required.

**Donor Insights**
- Create goals and implement workplans to optimize data systems and data flow across marketing, communication, finance, National Partnerships, fundraising.
- Partner with Integrated Brand Team to make data-informed recommendations to optimize donor journey.
- Create digital self-serve technology to make data accessible & automated (eg: dashboard, resource hubs).

**Digital**
- Support RMHC Across Canada Digital & Data Working Group.
- Assist in the development of goals and workplans to build a collective approach to data and information management for RMHC across Canada based on the findings of the RMHC Fundraising Assessment.
- Leverage new and existing tools, technology to optimize Regional Chapter - RMHC Canada collaboration and best-practice sharing.

**2. Programs (National Mission)**
- RBC Youth & Family Wellness Program (a national program focused on the mental health and wellness of RMHC families, staff, and volunteers)
- Partner with National Partnerships Team to steward RBC as a National Mission Partner
- Manage overall program structure and impact metrics.
- Manage year-end program reporting and program renewal process.
- Develop recommendations on the continued optimization of the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Professional experience focused in the areas of: research/insights, project and/or committee management, survey design, building data systems and/or managing data flow projects, and data analysis both quantitative and quantitative.
