Data Entry Clerk

Reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources the Data Entry Clerk will be required to transfer existing hard copy personnel files into a data management tool by sorting, scanning, and uploading electronic files. This opportunity is a temporary full-time position for six (6) months.
**As Data Entry Clerk your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:
- Scanning of records which includes document sorting, counting and page separation
- Transfer of scanned files into a data management tool
- Update meta data for each file transferred
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Archiving and/or destruction of historical files
**What you require to be successful in the role**:
- Possession of a high school diploma
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to utilize new systems and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
