Advanced Respiratory Care Network requires a Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator for our Spruce Grove clinic to start as soon as possible. Full time, (Monday - Friday) no evenings or weekends required.
Performance requirements:
- Knowledge of business office procedures.
- Experience with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP preferred but not required.
- Experience with Healthquest EMR Is Preferred but Not Required.
- Must enjoy customer service and interacting with patients on the phone and in person
- Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Skill in English grammar and spelling.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong phone manner dealing with a busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner
**Duties include** all Reception and front office duties for our respiratory clinic as well as assisting with booking of appointments, working within our EMR system (HealthQuest), meeting with patients to perform diagnostic testing and cleaning of equipment. Preference will be given to someone with a minimum of 1 year previous medical reception experience who is a critical thinker and problem solver. It is important to be able to work independently as well as closely with co-workers to make a successful team.
