**OVERVIEW**

Advanced Respiratory Care Network is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator for our new clinic opening soon. We are seeking a friendly, reliable individual with strong organizational and prioritizing skills for multi-task work in our busy respiratory clinic. Part time, (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) to start, moving to full time.

**Responsibilities**

Duties include all Reception and front office duties for our respiratory clinic as well as booking of appointments, working within our EMR system (HealthQuest), meeting with patients to perform diagnostic testing and cleaning of equipment. Preference will be given to someone with a minimum of 1 year previous medical office experience
- Knowledge of business office procedures.
- Experience with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP preferred but not required.
- Experience with Healthquest EMR
- Must enjoy customer service and interacting with patients on the phone and in person
- Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Skill in English grammar and spelling.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively with others and alone.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong phone manner dealing with a busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
