**Shop Foreperson — $38-$50/hour (Based on Skill & Experience)**:

We’re searching for a capable, experienced **Shop Foreperson** who thrives in a leadership role and has a track record of making a positive impact.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership experience and a “yes we can” mindset
- Ability to schedule, delegate, and manage workflow effectively
- Solid attendance, reliability, and focus on quality & timelines
- Experience in custom commercial millwork production
- Skilled with a full range of woodworking tools and equipment
- Strong ability to read and interpret internal shop drawings
- A proactive problem-solver who removes roadblocks for their team

We’re located on Norland Ave in Burnaby.
**Please—no walk-ins.**

Pay: $38.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC V5B 3A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Schedule management: 4 years (preferred)
- professional ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK: 6 years (preferred)
- supervisory/team management: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
