Parts and Delivery Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Parts and Delivery Manager to oversee our parts department and ensure the efficient operation of all parts-related activities which includes parts pick-up and package delivery. The Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering and receiving parts, and data entry. The Manager will also be responsible for making small deliveries using large and small company vehicles.

**Duties**:

- Ordering, receiving and stocking parts, managing stock/stock room and picking up parts from various suppliers (vehicle provided)
- Inputing and data entry using inventory and billing software, ensure accurate pricing and billing for parts transactions
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing for parts purchases
- Small parcel delivery using large company vehicle (training and vehicle provided).

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 drivers license, experienced driver. Must be able and willing to drive within Saskatoon using both small and large vehicles (training for large vehicles and company vehicles provided).
- Some physical labour is required, must be able to handle weight up to 50 lbs.
- Some computer skills, must be willing to learn (Quickbooks, Microsoft, Google)
- Must have strong communication skills, including fluent verbal and writing skills - Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid Canada Work Permit

Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft, Quickbooks, Excel and inventory software
