Business Analyst Intern, Loyalty Program (Winter - 2025)

**Program Overview**
McKesson’s Intern program is 10-12 weeks long, and is designed to provide:
- A real-life working environment
- A solid foundation of experience and hopeful offer of full-time employment

- Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute in a fun, demanding, fast-paced environment

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business and functional requirements for the loyalty program.
- Conduct thorough analysis to ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
User Experience Optimization:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the loyalty program features are user-friendly, engaging, and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in user testing sessions and provide feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the loyalty program.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of loyalty program features and enhancements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams to achieve project goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles is a plus.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $16.56 - $26.41
