What you’ll be doing

How you’ll succeed-
- Client and partner engagement - Develop and maintain professional client and partner relationships. Interact regularly with partners and clients and their lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors to discuss account administration.- Project collaboration - Preliminary research for inquiries received; investigations; and participating in intra and inter-departmental meetings as requested; participation on committees encouraged. Annual Projects including preparing QI Documents for signature of Officers; preparing Annual Reporting Packages for files; ensuring AML documentation in file and on TOPS.- Leveraging technology - Able to navigate many varied systems and is technically savvy. Examples of systems used in this role: MS Office, TOPS, ECIF, Nexen.- Provide solutions - Experienced with multi-tasking and working in fast-paced, often-changing environment. Experience working in a team where processes and procedures are changing and updating.
