**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a reliable and organized **Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations — from greeting clients and answering phones to supporting scheduling and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at the office
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the operations team
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and basic correspondence
- Order office supplies and assist with general office upkeep
- Support management with administrative projects as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (construction or trades industry experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
**Schedule**:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
(Occasional flexibility may be required)
**Compensation**:
Competitive pay based on experience
