**What YOU Will Do**
- Provide problem-solving services to office and field users;
- Test and install computer hardware;
- Install, maintain and upgrade hardware, find and fix problems;
- Provide, install and support field equipment (printer, photocopier, telephone, cell phone, computer, Internet connection);
- Keep an inventory of available telecommunications equipment;
- Have all photocopiers that return from the field checked by a subcontractor to ensure they are in good condition before being redistributed to another project;
- Prepare equipment shipments to sites and offices;
- Ensure that new employees have all the required equipment;
- Have fun collaborating with a dynamic team

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Hold a college diploma in computer technology or a related field;
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- Have advanced level of English and French, both oral and written;
- Have good teaching skills;
- Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, diplomacy, rigor and discretion.
- Available to travel to different sites independently.
