Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Dates: 4 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- When a deal is presented to them, ensure all steps have been taken
- Activate the file through the systems
- Process payments
- Reach out to solicitor or branch partner for confirmation
- Review documents that come in for accuracy
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service/ relationship mgmt skills
- Strong communication skills
- Meeting SLA
- Data entry
Personal Attributes:
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
