**Maintenance and Repair**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
- Address any plumbing, electrical, or structural issues promptly.

**Groundskeeping**:

- Maintain the landscaping, including mowing the lawn, trimming bushes, and planting flowers.
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during the winter months.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the outdoor areas.

**Facilities Management**:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair all property facilities including pools, tennis courts and moorings.
- Ensure that all equipment is in safe and working condition.

**Security and Safety**:

- Enforce safety regulations and respond to emergencies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.

**Event Support**:

- Set up and take down equipment for events and activities hosted at the facility.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure that the facility meets their specific requirements.

**Customer Service**:

- Interact with members and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist with inquiries and provide information about the facility and its amenities.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Track inventory of supplies and equipment.

**Collaboration with Other Staff**:

- Work collaboratively with other staff members, such as lifeguards, and administrative staff.
- Communicate effectively to address shared responsibilities and ensure a smooth operation.

**Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:

- Follow established policies and procedures related to facility operations and safety.
- Stay informed about any updates or changes in protocols.
