**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans, ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client records, including medical history and treatment notes, while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing any client concerns or questions.
- Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry trends to continually enhance skills and services offered.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, including sanitizing equipment and maintaining supplies.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with relevant certifications in massage therapy.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with clients regarding their health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and provide a positive experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans clearly and effectively.
