Synergy Athletic Performance Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and passionate Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach or Personal Trainer to add to our growing team. Our clinic is inside of a brand new sports facility which includes a full sized court basketball gym, a half training court, a weight room for training, and a multipurpose room. We are looking for someone who can deliver patient centred care through exercise prescription, developing workout regimes and assisting with achieving the patient's personal fitness goals.

**Job description**:

- Design, implement and monitor programs for individual clients and sport teams ranging from 10-65 years old with a variety of athletic and non-athletic clientele
- Perform functional assessments during initial assessment
- Work with a team of trainers to help clients reach their goals
- Complete proper documentation of each session with each client
- Attend training sessions to learn new techniques, equipment, and programs.
- Network with clients and local sports teams/business leaders to promote Synergy Athletic Performance Clinic and drive in new clients
- Keep up-to-date on knowledge of fitness and sport conditioning industries

**Qualifications**:

- Must have current certification in CSCS, NSCA-CPT or an equivalent certification
- Must have good understanding of human body, resistance training and metabolic conditioning
- A team player and enjoys working in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills
- A commitment to professional development and continuing education
- Holds Professional Liability insurance
- A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, Sports Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-25 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer (required)
