- CLUB ASSOCIATE- PART TIME -WEEKDAYS**

Reset Wellness Club is a modern wellness club that is setting the new standard in the alternative health and wellness sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a a new industry, help launch a new boutique studio and become part of a rapidly emerging brand in Aurora. Reset is redefining what modern health care can be, offering a vast array of science-backed modalities, including infrared saunas, cold plunge, flotation therapy, IV drips, vitamin injections, red light therapy, massage therapy and more

Club Associates are our resident experts - key to our client experience, as they play a pivotal role in customer service, sales and maintenance of the studio aesthetic. We want people who love, experience and understand the benefits of our science-backed therapies and are looking for a place they can feel pride working in as a result of helping people elevate their way of living and understanding of preventative health. Personal or professional experience in the wellness or fitness realm is a requirement.

This position is for a PART- TIME associate to work EVENINGS during the weekday. This is an hourly position.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing an exceptional customer experience and thoroughly explaining our services and answering questions - proactively building a positive relationship with every client
- Ability to promote and sell Reset’s services and memberships based upon the needs of the client and mastery of the Reset Wellness philosophy. Some sales experience is an asset.
- Maintaining a high level of aesthetic throughout the club through cleaning, sanitizing treatment rooms and equipment and preparing for each client.
- Reception duties; booking appointments, greeting guests, processing payments.
- Assist in the management of our POS and client management software

- Demonstrate high levels of organization and attention to detail at all times

- Keep up-to-date on industry knowledge specific to Reset’s services
- Adept at following cleanliness protocols

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT**:

- Requires a wide range of constant physical activities, including but not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Frequent repetitive movements.
- Requires close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Continuous exposure to moderate noise
- Frequent walking and standing on hard surfaces
- Frequent movement, lifting or carrying of weight up to 50 pounds
- Frequent use of chemicals, including solvents, lubricants, and cleaners

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in fitness, wellness, or related fields is required.
- High School graduate or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- Evenings
