**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, electrical systems, and other facility infrastructure.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Analyze schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Skills**
- Proficient in working with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and low voltage systems.
- Strong experience as an industrial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, boiler operations, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and the ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with staff and management.

Pay: $15.33-$31.66 per hour
