Our ever-growing Company is looking to add another Treatment Coordinator to our team. We're a team that's dedicated to the development and treatment of young adults and we work hard to ensure each of our patients receive the care and attention they need to trust the are in the best hands. The perfect Treatment Coordinator will be empathetic, dedicated, efficient, resourceful and goal driven. We use this role to develop management and many other opportunities within our 5 practices.
- Being accountable for the designated Associates schedule;
- Handling patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, changes and cancellations;
- Verifying and updating any patient information;
- Daily/weekly confirmation calls and follow-up calls to patients booked in the doctor’s schedule;
- New patient interviews and patient relations;
- Efficient patient flow and the handling of any situation which is slowing down or stopping the flow;
- Providing Case Presentations with patient, and present fees over the phone or in person;
- Addressing patient concerns and problem solve the matters that arise;
- Directing and managing all predetermination’s and scheduling of appointments for appointed doctors;
- Discussing insurance break-downs with patient;
- Form payment plans and implement financial agreements with patients;
- Processing referral letters and other patient-related correspondence;
- Documenting all discussed with patients in Abel Dent; and
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Salary**: $29.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
