**We supply over 200 retailers throughout Canada from bathroom showrooms and plumbing wholesalers to national home improvement big-box retailers**

**We're a fast-growing company based in Port Coquitlam, BC, looking for a new team member to join us.**

**Who we are looking for?**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Korean or French proficiency is an asset
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping and invoicing experience is preferred (Sage 350, Intuit QuickBooks, etc.)
- Must be organized & proactive
- A proficient understanding of E-commerce products with experience implementing an e-commerce solution in a online and retail environment is an asset
- Strong conversational, listening & phone skills is a must
- Experience in B2B, B2C & CRM is an asset
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field 3+ years minimum experience is an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Fulfill orders received from various retailers
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and wholesalers
- Take control in in-bound & out-bound shipping
- Bookkeeping/invoicing
- Other misc. duties as required

**Training will be provided accordingly **

**Salary**:
**Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (Lunch hour is included)**

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:
