**WHAT YOU BRING US**:

- You have 2+ years experience working in a customer service role
- An enthusiastic, outgoing personality that enables you to build strong relationships with customers
- Exceptional communicator with a knack for understanding, empathizing with and solving customers’ technical challenges and conveying solutions in technical + non-technical terms
- The ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers along with supporting clients with ads/listings/account management
- A self starter with a proactive approach to tasks will succeed in this role
- Working experience using MS Office (online processing) and internal Chatbot software
- Experience supporting a SaaS product is an asset.
- Experience with CRM software (Hubspot) is an asset
- It is considered a bonus if you have understanding of real estate or property management
