**Position Overview**
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Content Marketing Specialist will work alongside with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator to achieve sales and business development objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make recommendations to improve future and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Understand digital updates and platforms, social media platforms, search engine optimization, online advertising, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Understand target audience segmentation and the importance of branding.
- Develop strong database of images and documents to maintain consistency and efficiency in marketing campaigns.
- Research case studies and attend industry events as required.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas of strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and expectations.
- Develop brand awareness campaigns.
- Establish partnerships with influencers and industry leaders.
- Review and optimize website content and design.
- Develop and implement a search engine optimization strategy leveraging CRM and company website.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand reputation through community outreach and public relations.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and changes.
- Creating and managing electronic mail campaigns for Glass Day and other events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
- Work with sales team on education presentation graphics, updates, QR codes etc.
- Graphics and content word smith creation for press releases, newsletters, etc.
- Initiatives on brand segmentation as well as customer segmentation.

**Qualifications**
- Experience creating communications and marketing materials within the construction industry.
- Marketing diploma in communications or equivalent relevant education.
- Experience creating and implementing business to business marketing and communication strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sales and marketing initiatives and customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative with a team culture mindset.
- Strong business acumen, pragmatic, diligent, accountable and a self starter.
- ** Advanced computer skills - graphic design experience and content creation**.

**Working Conditions**
Standard Office:

- In office - collaborative team working role.
- Comfortable indoor area.
- Comfortable environment with exposure to some dust, dirt or other conditions which might produce mild discomfort.
- Frequent, short periods when it is necessary to pay close attention to the monitoring of sight and sounds.
- Moderate mental demands due to one or more conditions which are present in the job. There may be noticeable pressure from simultaneous priorities and deadlines.

Manufacturing Plant:

- Temperature controlled indoor area.
- Comfortable environment with exposure to some dust, dirt or other conditions which might produce mild discomfort.
- Frequent, short periods when it is necessary to pay close attention to the monitoring of sight and sounds.
- Safety sensitive environment with mobile equipment and overhead cranes
- Physically demanding job requiring one to stand for extended periods of time.
- Most departments have a requirement to lift 50lbs. throughout shift.

**Quantitative Dimensions**
- This role does not have any direct reports.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 annually depending on experience.
