Ontraccr is software that helps construction and field service companies run their operations without chaos. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, texts, and disconnected tools, teams use Ontraccr to track time, manage jobs, handle billing, and keep everyone on the same page, from the office to the field.
We're hiring a
Content Marketer
to help build our content engine from the ground up. You'll create high-quality content, learn multi-channel distribution, and work closely with the marketing lead to develop your skills while driving real impact.
This is a hands-on role with room to grow. You'll write for construction professionals and business owners, contribute to content strategy, and help establish our brand voice as we scale.
What you'll do
Content creation & production
- Write and produce content across formats: blog articles, landing pages, case studies, email sequences, social posts, and sales collateral
- Collaborate with freelancers or contractors to expand content production
- Help maintain editorial quality and brand voice consistency
Distribution & optimization
- Adapt content for different channels: SEO, email, social, and paid
- Learn and apply SEO best practices to improve content performance
- Work with RevOps to distribute content through marketing automation and campaigns
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Customer Enablement to create feature launch content
- Support Sales with enablement materials like one-pagers, customer stories, and talk tracks
- Collaborate with the team to turn product insights into clear messaging
Performance & learning
- Track content performance and contribute ideas for improvement
- Run experiments to test what works across channels
- Participate in content planning and help build repeatable processes
What you'll bring
- 1–2 years in content marketing, ideally for a B2B SaaS
- Strong writing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your range and quality
- Basic understanding of SEO and multi-channel content distribution
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, or marketing automation
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Bonus: interest in or experience with construction, field services, or operations verticals
