**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supervise children during activities, transitions, and breaks to ensure safety
- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and administrative tasks
- Foster positive relationships with students to promote engagement and confidence
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student progress

**Qualifications**
- Prior classroom experience or background in early childhood education preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, teachers, and parents
- Compassionate attitude with patience and adaptability in diverse classroom settings
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to student success
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or related fields are a plus
