Creative Outdoor Advertising, an established leader in outdoor signage for over 40 years, is currently looking for a motivated and efficient **In-House Roving Sales Representative** to sell advertising on benches, bins, and bus shelters to new local businesses in specified areas. Must be local to the GTA and surrounding areas.

**Compensation, Benefits & Schedule**

Our pay structure is very competitive, and performance driven. There is a minimum guarantee of $50,000 for the first year (combined salary and commissions) however your expected first-year earnings are $55,000-$60,000. There is lots of room to increase. A good sales rep will bring in long-term earnings of about $100,000 or more in their third year and there is opportunity for continued growth. The role offers a salary of $30,000 plus commission and bonuses. Long term opportunities exist both in this role and territory specific roles. The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

**Position Overview**

At a low cost per month for a 1-year agreement, including the cost of artwork, our signs are among the most cost-effective ways for local businesses to communicate with potential clients who live and work in the area.

**Our most successful sales representatives**:

- Willingness to use our low-key, low-pressure sales approach, and follow proven sales techniques
- Ability to learn new software like Salesforce, Google Maps, and other internet-based tools
- Well organized, charismatic, self-motivated, and hard-working
- Live local to the GTA and surrounding areas
- Be available for local day travel often for cold calling in person to territories we assign (possibly overnight at times)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with changing territories often
- Advanced computer and technology skills
- Access to a reliable vehicle
