**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic leadership to enhance operational excellence across all C-diagnostics clinics within the region.
- Ensure clinics align with corporate objectives, policies, and service standard to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain and improve service delivery standards, meeting or exceeding patient and physician expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze C-diagnostics clinic performance metrics and accountability reports, taking proactive measures to meet operational targets.
- Oversee day-to-day C-diagnostics clinic operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and human resources planning.
- Collaborate with physicians across the region and support recruitment efforts to expand clinical capacity.
- Manage staffing changes, including recruitment, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
- Evaluate and implement new service offerings to enhance patient care and clinic capabilities.
- Support procurement of equipment, service contracts, and essential supplies.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement corrective actions in response to feedback.
- Foster employee engagement through initiatives that support professional growth and development.
- Coach and mentor C-diagnostics team members to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and optimize staff scheduling.
- Provide bi-weekly operational updates and present at senior management meetings, focusing on staffing, wait times, business development, and new initiatives.
- Coordinate with Senior Management to plan and launch new clinic locations within the region.
- Implement procedural, administrative, and organizational changes in line with corporate goals.
- Promote client-focused services by monitoring satisfaction and enabling leadership to address concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Inspire and guide clinic staff—including physicians, physician assistants, sub-contractors to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
- Collaborate with Corporate Quality team to implement Quality initiatives and practice on site.
- Help identify and recruit new physicians into C-health by coordinating with Corporate recruitment teams.
- Help foster training initiatives to train physicians as well as technologists by working with local universities and schools.
- Working with the teams to make sure that the site is “ALWAYS” audit ready and coordinate any regulatory accreditation initiatives as required.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
**Qualifications, Experience & Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare sector
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sciences, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in diagnostic imaging, cardiology, internal medicine setting is considered an asset
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt in dynamic, client-focused environments
- Self-motivated and thrives in entrepreneurial and fast-paced settings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and build trust
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sincerity in all interactions
- Strong leadership presence with a track record of reliability and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and service excellence

- Willingness to travel as required within Alberta & Ontario.
