Position Overview

We’re excited to bring together our team for our Toronto location, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about cannabis and enthusiastic about helping customers. The Lead Budtender will have a deep knowledge of cannabis products, a talent for creating connections with customers, and will assist with inventory-related tasks, helping to ensure a smooth and organized store environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide excellent customer service by engaging and educating customers, building long-term relationships, and creating an inclusive, stigma-free space.

Conduct regular inventory counts and accurately catalog items in our system.

Assist with accessory orders by identifying items needed and preparing them for manager review.

Ensure that product placement and store presentation meet store standards and enhance the customer experience.

Maintain knowledge of cannabis regulations to ensure all customer interactions and transactions align with compliance standards.

Be comfortable with early mornings, with shifts starting as early as 6am.

Support a positive and friendly team atmosphere, contributing to a welcoming store environment.

Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced retail environment and able to follow set procedures and compliance standards.

Preferred Experience & Qualities

Strong knowledge of cannabis products, with prior experience in retail settings.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Inventory management experience preferred but not required.

Able to engage with customers and serve as a positive brand ambassador.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
