**Overview**

**Duties**
- Work closely with the VP to keep them informed and prepared for their commitments and responsibilities anticipating their needs
- Compose and manage documents that are often confidential
- Maintain corporate records, documents and files
- Conduct research and generate reports and presentations as necessary
- Prepare and circulate agendas and meeting minutes in an efficient and timely manner
- Arrange itineraries, travel arrangements, hospitality services, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent calendar management skills using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal; capable of effective proofreading and transcription.
- Customer service experience is highly valued; ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues alike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
