**SALARY: $26.919 - $33.649**
The Elgin Ontario Health Team (Elgin OHT) is made up of organizations, clinicians, and community members in the St. Thomas Elgin region committed to health system transformation. Together, we are reimagining how to provide care in a more integrated, coordinated way that better serves and supports the health and wellbeing of our community. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about creating a positive impact in the lives of others.
:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide primary administrative support to the Executive Director.
- Provide administrative support to all areas of the OHT’s work including strategic planning, project management, and implementation activities.
- Perform all routine administrative details including coordination, scheduling and calendar management, preparation of meeting materials, attending meetings, and taking detailed minutes, etc.
- Monitor office practices and workflows and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and track financial expenditures.
- Produce documents for various audiences such as briefing reports, presentations, contracts, etc.
- Provide planning and preparation support for large group activities (virtual and in-person).
- Maintain the Elgin OHT SharePoint site and organize resources.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related equivalent program.
- Executive Administration Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience at the Executive Administration level, providing support to senior executives in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Strong understanding of the Elgin community.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive professional relationships.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, uphold confidentiality and sustain trust.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism.
- Ability to adapt to competing demands, while demonstrating the highest level of customer service.
- Ability to lead and assist with special projects, event planning and coordination, and other duties as required.
- Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and problem solve with mínimal direction.
- Ability to maintain and coordinate corporate policies and procedures.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer expertise in Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and Zoom. Experience with software and design programs is a definite asset.
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and flexible basis.
**Note**:The successful incumbent with work directly for the Elgin OHT with STEGH acting as paymaster.
