**Role Overview**

The customer service representative is responsible for managing all customer service-related activities within the organization. Providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Prepares customer service summary reports. Coordinate efforts with the active Rep groups representing our products within North America. This position will support all sales rep/groups and FT customer accounts. Full time

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing all customer related information and communication.
- Receiving / processing/ scheduling/ prioritizing and managing order file.
- Communication with customers on Inventories / order confirmation/ shipping etc.
- Cycle calls / Monitor product ordering cycle of customer.
- Maintain all paperwork files related to customers.
- Create weekly / monthly sales report as needed.
- Marketing and Sales support as needed.
- Provide customer service support to maintain and grow all accounts within North America working directly and indirectly with customers and Rep groups
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets in conjunction independent sales Reps.
- Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Incumbent is required to have 2 years’ progressive customer service. Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Solid interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships.
- College Diploma or Degree will be considered an asset
- Able to speak a different language will also be considered an asset.

FT Synthetics is located at 26977 56 Ave, Langley and consists of the home office and 24/7 manufacturing plant. This location is not serviced by transit, own vehicle or other reliable method of transportation is a requirement.
