**We’re Hiring: Business Development Intern / Co-op** (Full-Time | Brampton | Hybrid)

**Location**: Brampton, ON (In-person with travel across the GTA)
**Start Date**: May 30, 2025
**Industry**: Staffing - Skilled Trades, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & More

Are you a student or recent grad ready to kick-start your career in sales and business development? HNR Solutions Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic **Business Development Intern/Co-op** to join our growing team If you’re eager to learn, love meeting new people, and want real-world experience in a fast-paced industry, this opportunity is for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Learn to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Make outreach calls to potential clients (25+ calls/day)
- Attend client meetings across the GTA (travel required)
- Assist in presenting staffing solutions and learning the sales process
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand service delivery
- Join trade shows, job fairs, and networking events

**What We’re Looking For**
- No experience required - we’ll train you
- Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel (70% within GTA)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & willingness to learn CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license + access to a vehicle preferred
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow
