Junior Product Manager

**The Opportunity**

RAD Torque Systems is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Product Manager to contribute to the development of innovative products.

The Product Management team is responsible for the entire RAD Catalogue of products, with RAD’s high value/low volume business model. This role has a focus on auxiliary tasks to help drive market penetration and optimize returns and accessory products.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour days, 40 hours per week. Flexible start times.

**The Role and Responsibilities**
- Product Planning:_
- Create and maintain a catalogue roadmap of manufactured products and product strategies.
- Maintain product requirement documents in collaborations with our engineering team for the development of new products.
- Participate in design discussions and UI/UX wireframing and mock-ups.
- Market Analysis:_
- Perform market analysis to identify key actors within the industries we serve and how we can best serve them.
- Maintain a database of competitor products for sales comparisons and market trend analysis.
- Develop a framework to obtain customer feedback and work with various stakeholders to conduct analysis with this framework.
- Become a RAD product expert.

5-10% travel _may_ be required, as directed by Manager.

**The Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communications, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Jr. Product Manager or Product Owner role, preferably with consumer-packaged goods.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Some experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Some experience with design software, such as Adobe products and 3D design software.
- Solid understanding of product life cycles in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of product design and engineering concepts and timelines.
- Able to define plans and manage your and others’ time around those plans.
- Excellent communication.
